Here is why we choose to be bilingual at work
Why

Why do we work bilingually? It is really quite simple, because we live bilingually so it is just the natural thing for us.

How does it work

Our team come from a varied background of Welsh speakers first language, second language and learners. So the everyday interactions between us dip in and out of both Welsh and English, depending on the circumstance.

We all love speaking both languages as it gives us access to two linguistic worlds and we enjoy dipping in and out as and when we please, both socially and professionally.

Professional benefit

Apart from it being a natural thing for us, we work bilingually because it enables us to provide a better service to our clients and their customers but also because it enables us to provide better customer services.

For example, if we have a client whose linguistic preference is Welsh, we are able to cater for this and can gain a better insight into their personal and business identity, therefore we provide them with a superior customer experience and also a superior professional service.

If, for example, a client does not speak Welsh or has a linguistic preference of English we can likewise do the same, with the added advantages of offering a business with no Welsh language skills a window into offering services, products or materials through the medium of Welsh where otherwise they may have been unable to do so. They can also tap into our knowledge around the language and welsh language culture.

We love being bilingual and our customers love us being bilingual because we can communicate in their chosen language while offering an enhanced experience for their business to benefit from.
